Retail Cost Comparison

Create a Retail Cost Comparison report to compare the Gross Margin of the Amalgamated Weighted Average Cost and Replacement Cost against the Retail Price of items.

Access

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Inventory Cost/Pricing

Grant permission to the individual report> Inventory Cost/Pricing > Retail Cost Comparison

Create Your Report

In Location Selection, all Locations is selected by default. Remove the checkmark and enter a Site ID or select F12 to search.

The Gross Margin % field will use a Gross Margin % and the operators selected to indicate how the value should be used. Click on the operator button and select

• Greater than or equal to
• Less than or equal to
• Equal to
• Not equal to

Use the Category section to choose All, one or multiple Item Categories.

Use the Manufacturer section to choose All, one or multiple Manufacturers.

The Only Show Items with On Hand checkbox is active when one Location is selected.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.

Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
